Digital only. The EvoGlobal Education Platform is a digital-only product. All purchases grant online access to content and features within the platform. No physical goods are shipped.

Educational notice. All content is for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or performance guarantees.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account or purchasing access to the EvoGlobal Education Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and associated policies (Privacy, Refund, Digital Delivery). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Nature of service

Evo Global offers digital products, memberships and Education Software delivered exclusively online through authenticated accounts. Some features may include forums, community spaces and instructor-led sessions.

3) Account registration and security
  • You must provide truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for the activity performed from your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for abusive use.

4) Subscriptions, plans and billing
  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and include or exclude taxes as applicable.
  • Some offers may operate on a subscription basis with automatic renewal at the end of each period (monthly/yearly).
  • You can cancel at any time from your account to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • We may update prices or plans; we will notify you with reasonable notice when applicable to your current subscription.

5) Payments and processors
  • Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
  • We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
  • Transactions may be subject to anti-fraud verification and rejections by the issuer or processor.

6) Digital delivery

Delivery is considered completed when (i) your access to the platform is enabled and/or (ii) you receive the confirmation email with instructions. See Digital Delivery Policy.

7) Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Given the immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted, subject to exceptions or applicable law. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at support@evoglobal.online.

8) Acceptable use

You commit not to:

  • Violate applicable law, the rights of third parties or these Terms.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling or sublicensing access.
  • Circumventing security measures, reverse engineering or automated scraping is not allowed.
  • Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, contains malware or spam.
  • Offer, within the platform, promises of financial returns, deceptive schemes or activities.

    We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

9) Content and intellectual property
  • All software, text, images, videos, materials and trademarks on the platform are owned by Evo Group International LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.
  • You retain the rights to the content you post on community spaces; by posting it, you grant Evo Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

10) Privacy and data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such processing as described in that policy.

11) Communications

We may send you transactional notices (e.g., confirmations, renewals, relevant changes). Marketing messages, if any, will be opt-in and you may unsubscribe at any time.

12) Changes in service

We may modify, update or discontinue features to improve the experience or for technical/legal reasons. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of relevant changes.

13) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evo Global does not guarantee specific results and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Evo Group International LLC, its officers and employees harmless from any third party claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

16) Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your rights of use will cease; provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, applicable law, etc.) will survive.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will indicate the new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you through the service or by email. Your continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
