Digital Notice. The EvoGlobal Educational Platform is a digital-only product. All purchases grant immediate online access to content and functions within the platform. There is no shipment of physical goods.

1) Who we are

Evo Global offers digital products, memberships and Education Software through the EvoGlobal Education Platform. Access to content is through authenticated accounts on our sites and/or apps.

2) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data collected through our sites, applications, payment pages and support channels.

3) Data we collect
  • Account and contact: name, email, password (hashed), country/region, language, plan or role.
  • Transactions: products purchased, amount, currency, timestamps, billing data; last 4 digits and card brand if returned by the payment provider.
  • Payment: Processing is done through authorized and audited payment providers. Evo Global does not store full card numbers, CVC or banking credentials on its servers.
  • Usage and device: IP address, device/browser type, pages/functions used, session events, approximate location, referring URLs; via cookies, pixels or similar technologies.
  • Support and communications: messages you send to support (email/SMS) and communication preferences.
  • Compliance signals: basic checks to prevent fraud, abuse or policy violations (e.g., risk of repeated chargebacks).

4) Purposes and grounds for eligibility

We use the data to:

  1. Provide the service: create/manage accounts; grant digital access to the EvoGlobal Education Platform; deliver content and functions (Contract execution).

  2. Process payments and invoicing: manage orders, invoices, taxes and receipts through approved payment providers (Contract execution / Legal obligation)

  3. Support and communications: answering requests; sending operational notices (password reset, renewal reminders) (Contract performance / Legitimate interest)

  4. Security and performance: prevent fraud/abuse; maintain availability and quality of service (Legitimate interest).

  5. Analytics and improvement: understanding usage to improve experience and functionality (Legitimate interest / Consent where applicable).

  6. Legal compliance: meeting regulatory, tax and accounting obligations (Legal obligation).

5) Cookies and similar technologies

We use:

We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes described (account provisioning, billing, legal/accounting compliance) and then irreversibly delete or anonymize it, subject to backup and archiving cycles.

11) Privacy of minors
